If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account using your mobile phone number. You agree to: • Provide a valid mobile number for OTP verification • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure • Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Be solely responsible for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

When posting ads or content on the Platform, you agree that: • All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading • You have the legal right to sell or offer the items or services listed • You will not post prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods • You will not post duplicate ads or spam the Platform • You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Images and descriptions must accurately represent the item or service • Pricing must be honest and not designed to mislead buyers We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any ad that violates these Terms or our content policies without prior notice.

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform: • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives • Counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods • Stolen property or goods obtained through illegal means • Human trafficking or exploitation of any kind • Pornographic or sexually explicit content • Endangered species, wildlife, or protected plants • Hazardous materials or toxic substances • Financial fraud, pyramid schemes, or Ponzi schemes • Spam, phishing, or deceptive advertising • Any item or service prohibited under Indian law Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

1800 is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not participate in, mediate, or guarantee any transactions between users. You acknowledge that: • All transactions are directly between the buyer and seller • 1800 is not a party to any sale, purchase, or exchange agreement • We do not verify the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listed items • We do not guarantee that transactions will be completed successfully • Users are solely responsible for inspecting items and making payment decisions • We are not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or fraud arising from user transactions We strongly recommend following our Safety Tips for all transactions.

• Basic ad posting on the Platform is free • Premium features such as ad boosting are available for a fee • All fees are displayed before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated • Boost packages are subject to their respective terms including duration and expiry • We reserve the right to modify pricing for premium features with prior notice • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

• The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, code, and content, is owned by 1800 and protected under Indian intellectual property laws • You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform • You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand name without prior written permission

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to: • Collection of your phone number, name, email, location, and device information • Use of your data to provide, improve, and personalize our services • Sharing of your contact information with other users as part of the ad listing • Receiving notifications related to your ads, chats, and account activity • Use of cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for premium services in the preceding 12 months • We are not responsible for any losses due to unauthorized access to your account

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1800, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your posted content or ads • Any transaction you enter into with another user • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

• You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting support • We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect
